Order No.: 12194-U Supersedes: 9533-U IN THE MATTER OF THE Canada Labour Code - and - [NAME], applicant, - and - [COMPANY]., Laurier Station, Quebec, employer . WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 9533‑U dated October 10, 2008, certified the [NAME] as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of Transport V.A. (Québec) Ltée comprising: all drivers, warehousemen and store-keepers, working for [COMPANY]. at its terminal located at [ADDRESS]., Laurier Station, Quebec, excluding dependent contractors. AND WHEREAS the Board has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 18 of the Canada Labour Code , to amend the above-mentioned order to substitute the name of the employer with [COMPANY].; AND WHEREAS the employer consents to the application; AND WHEREAS , following investigation of the application, consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned , and examining the information contained in the Québec Business Register, the Board has determined that the name of the employer is [COMPANY]. and has concluded that it is appropriate to grant the application.
