WHEREAS the Canada Labour Relations Board, by order no. 6936-U dated February 21, 1996, certified the [NAME], Local 375 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees ([NAME]) as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of Les Élévateurs de Sorel Limitée comprising: all employees assigned to loading and unloading vessels in the Port of Sorel . AND WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board ( the Board) has received an application for certification filed pursuant to section 24(1) of the Canada Labour Code (the Code ) by the United Steelworkers, Local 9599 (the applicant), seeking certification as bargaining agent for a unit of employees of [COMPANY] (the employer) comprising: all employees assigned to loading and unloading vessels in the Port of Sorel.
