WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 10200‑U dated February 16, 2012, certified the [NAME] as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of [COMPANY]., operating as [NAME] ([NAME]) comprised of: all aircraft maintenance engineers, apprentice engineers and avionics technicians employed by [COMPANY]., operating as [NAME] in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division, excluding supervisory base AMEs/AME Managers, Assistant Chief [NAME] and those above.
