Section 71.1 — Access to Information Act: Hospitality expenses

Within 60 days after the end of the quarter in which any expenses incurred by an employee of a parliamentary entity for a hospitality activity are reimbursed, the head of the parliamentary entity shall cause to be published on the entity’s website the following information: the employee’s name; the purpose of the hospitality activity; the date of the hospitality activity; the municipality in which the hospitality activity took place; the name of any commercial establishment or vendor involved in the hospitality activity; the number of persons who attended the hospitality activity; and the total amount of the expenses for the hospitality activity.
