Section 90.01 — Access to Information Act: Definitions

The following definitions apply in sections 90.02 to 90.24 . Chief Administrator means the Chief Administrator of the Courts Administration Service. ( administrateur en chef ) Commissioner means the Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs.
