Section 13.1 — Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act: Form of licence

A licence shall be in the prescribed form; specify the bankruptcy district or part thereof in which the trustee is entitled to act;

and be subject to such conditions and limitations as the Superintendent considers appropriate and may specify therein.
