Section 182 — Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act: Stay on issue of order
Text of the provision Official document
An order of discharge or annulment shall be dated on the day on which it is made, but it shall not be issued or delivered until the expiration of the time allowed for an appeal, and, if an appeal is entered, not until the appeal has been finally disposed of. [Repealed, 1992, c. 27, s. 65]
