Section 62.1 — Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act: Default in performance of proposal

Where default is made in the performance of any provision in a proposal, the default is not waived by the inspectors, or if there are no inspectors, by the creditors, and the default is not remedied by the insolvent person within the prescribed time, the trustee shall, within such time and in such form and manner as are prescribed, so inform all the creditors and the official receiver.
