Section 124.5 — Competition Act: Non-application of sections 45, 46, 47, 49 and 90.1

Sections 45, 46, 47, 49 and 90.1 do not apply in respect of an agreement or arrangement that is the subject of a certificate issued under subsection 124.3(1) that is valid and registered.
