Section 30.07 — Competition Act: Report

The person who executes a search warrant shall, at least five days before the time of the hearing to consider its execution, file with the court of which the judge who issued the warrant is a member a written report concerning the execution of the warrant that includes a general description of the records or things seized. The person who files the report under subsection (1) shall send a copy of it to the Minister of Justice promptly after its filing.
