Section 45.1 — Competition Act: Application made under section 76, 79, 90.1 or 92

No proceedings may be commenced under subsection 45(1) or (1.1) against a person on the basis of facts that are the same or substantially the same as the facts on the basis of which an order against that person is sought by the Commissioner under section 76, 79, 90.1 or 92.
