Section 66 — Competition Act: Contravention of order under Part VII.1 or VIII

Every person who contravenes an order made under Part VII.1, except paragraphs 74.1(1)(c) and (d), or under Part VIII, except subsection 79(3.1), is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction on indictment, to a fine in the discretion of the court or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, or to both; or on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding $25,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both.
