Section 74.09 — Competition Act: Definition of court

In sections 74.1 to 74.14 and 74.18, court means in respect of an application by the Commissioner, the Tribunal, the Federal Court or the superior court of a province;
and in respect of an application made by a person granted leave under section 103.1, the Tribunal.
