Section 60.2 — Controlled Drugs and Substances Act: Amending schedules to regulations

The Governor in Council may make regulations authorizing the Minister to add to or delete from, by order, any schedule to a regulation made under this Act any substance included in Schedule V to this Act;
and to make, by order, any other amendment to a schedule to a regulation made under this Act that is consequential or related to an addition or deletion referred to in paragraph (a).
