Section 228 — Criminal Code: Killing by influence on the mind

No person commits culpable homicide where he causes the death of a human being by any influence on the mind alone, or by any disorder or disease resulting from influence on the mind alone, but this section does not apply where a person causes the death of a child or sick person by wilfully frightening him.
