Section 320.103 — Criminal Code: Promoting or advertising
Text of the provision Official document
Everyone who knowingly promotes or advertises conversion therapy is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years; or guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
