Section 320.104 — Criminal Code: Material benefit

Everyone who receives a financial or other material benefit, knowing that it is obtained or derived directly or indirectly from the provision of conversion therapy, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years; or guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
