Section 355.5 — Criminal Code: Punishment

Everyone who commits an offence under section 355.2 or 355.4 is, if the value of the subject matter of the offence is more than $5,000, guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 14 years; or is, if the value of the subject matter of the offence is not more than $5,000, guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years, or guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
