Section 452 — Criminal Code: Uttering, etc., counterfeit money

Every person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 14 years who, without lawful justification or excuse, utters or offers to utter counterfeit money or uses counterfeit money as if it were genuine, or exports, sends or takes counterfeit money out of Canada.
