Section 490.0131 — Criminal Code: Reasons

The court shall state the designated offence, and the term of imprisonment imposed for it, that form the basis of an order made under subsection 490.012(1); and give reasons for a decision under subsection 490.012(3) or paragraph 490.013(3)(b).
