Section 529.5 — Criminal Code: Means of telecommunication

An application for a warrant under section 529.1 or an authorization under section 529 or 529.4 may be submitted, and the warrant or authorization may be issued, by a means of telecommunication, and section 487.1 applies for those purposes with any necessary modifications.
