Section 576 — Criminal Code: Indictment
Text of the provision Official document
Except as provided in this Act, no indictment shall be preferred. No criminal information shall be laid or granted and no bill of indictment shall be preferred before a grand jury. No person shall be tried on a coroner’s inquisition.
