Section 731.1 — Criminal Code: Firearm, etc., prohibitions

Before making a probation order, the court shall consider whether section 109 or 110 is applicable. For greater certainty, a condition of a probation order referred to in paragraph 732.1(3)(d) does not affect the operation of section 109 or 110.
