Section 815 — Criminal Code: Notice of appeal
Text of the provision Official document
An appellant who proposes to appeal to the appeal court shall give notice of appeal in such manner and within such period as may be directed by rules of court. The appeal court or a judge thereof may extend the time within which notice of appeal may be given.
