Section 82.2 — Criminal Code: Definition of device

For the purposes of sections 82.3 to 82.5, device means any of the following: a nuclear explosive device; a device that disperses radioactive material; a device that emits ionizing radiation and that is capable of causing death, serious bodily harm or substantial damage to property or the environment.
