Section 83.031 — Criminal Code: Definition of Public Safety Minister

In sections 83.032 to 83.0392, Public Safety Minister means the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness. Any Minister referred to in any of sections 83.032 to 83.0392 may designate a person to exercise a power, or perform a duty or function, conferred on that Minister under those sections.
