Section 83.04 — Criminal Code: Using or possessing property for terrorist purposes

Every person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years who uses property, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for the purpose of facilitating or carrying out a terrorist activity, or possesses property intending that it be used or knowing that it will be used, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for the purpose of facilitating or carrying out a terrorist activity.
