Section 83.12 — Criminal Code: Offences — freezing of property, disclosure or audit

Every person who contravenes any of sections 83.08, 83.1 and 83.11 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years; or on summary conviction, to a fine of not more than $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years less a day, or to both. [Repealed, 2013, c. 9, s. 5]
