Section 83.19 — Criminal Code: Facilitating terrorist activity

Every one who knowingly facilitates a terrorist activity is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years. For the purposes of this Part, a terrorist activity is facilitated whether or not the facilitator knows that a particular terrorist activity is facilitated; any particular terrorist activity was foreseen or planned at the time it was facilitated; or any terrorist activity was actually carried out.
