Section 111.1 — Canada Pension Plan: Administration agreement

The Minister of Finance may, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister, enter into an agreement with the Investment Board with respect to the administration of any matter referred to in sections 107.1 to 110, including the payment of amounts out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the Investment Board, and the payment of amounts by the Investment Board into the Consolidated Revenue Fund. The Minister of Finance may enter into an agreement with the Investment Board with respect to the administration of any matter referred to in section 113.
