Section 70.02 — Canada Pension Plan: When benefit ceases to be payable

A post-retirement disability benefit ceases to be payable with the payment for the month in which the beneficiary ceases to be disabled; for the month in which the beneficiary reaches 65 years of age; or for the month in which the beneficiary dies.
