Section 95 — Canada Pension Plan: Record of Earnings

The Minister shall cause to be established such records, to be known as the Record of Earnings, of information obtained under this Act with respect to the earnings and contributions of contributors, including information obtained pursuant to any agreement entered into under section 105 with respect to those earnings and contributions, as are necessary to permit the determination of the amount of any benefit that may be payable under this Act to or in respect of any contributor; the calculation of the amount of any financial adjustment that may be required to be made pursuant to any agreement entered into under subsection 80(1); and the identification of the unadjusted pensionable earnings of contributors, according to information contained in returns made pursuant to Part I.
