Section 119 — Excise Tax Act: Revocation of approval

Subsection 49(2) does not apply in respect of tax imposed under Part VI where an approval of an application given under subsection 48(3) is revoked after 1990. Subsection 56(3) does not apply in respect of tax imposed under Part VI where a licence granted under section 55 is cancelled after 1990.
