Section 122 — Excise Tax Act: Application
Text of the provision Official document
This Part is binding on Her Majesty in right of Canada;
and on Her Majesty in right of a province in respect of obligations as a supplier to collect and to remit tax in respect of taxable supplies made by Her Majesty in right of the province. [Repealed, 1993, c. 27, s. 9]
