Section 309 — Excise Tax Act: Disposition of appeal

The Tax Court may dispose of an appeal from an assessment by dismissing it; or allowing it and vacating the assessment, or referring the assessment back to the Minister for reconsideration and reassessment. [Repealed, 1993, c. 27, s. 132]
