Section 81.29 — Excise Tax Act: Notice to Tribunal

Where an appeal is instituted to the Federal Court from a decision of the Tribunal, the Court shall send a notice of the appeal to the Tribunal. On the receipt of a notice of an appeal under subsection (1), the Tribunal shall send to the Court all material filed with or sent to the Tribunal in connection with the appeal, together with a transcript of the record of proceedings before the Tribunal.
