Section 153.194 — Employment Insurance Act: Definition of employment

Despite paragraph 29(a), for the purposes of sections 30 to 33, employment refers to any employment of the claimant within their qualifying period, but no earlier than 12 weeks before the Sunday referred to in paragraph 10(1)(a); or within their benefit period.
