Section 66.31 — Employment Insurance Act: Report and summary

The Commission shall, on or before August 31 in a year, provide the Minister and the Minister of Finance with the report referred to in section 66.3 and a summary of that report. The Commission shall, on the day on which a premium rate is set under section 66 or 66.32, make available to the public the report and its summary. After a premium rate is set, the Minister shall cause the report and its summary to be laid before each House of Parliament on any of the next 10 days during which that House is sitting.
