Section 32.2 — Canadian Human Rights Act: Pay Equity Unit

The officers and employees of the Commission that support the Pay Equity Commissioner in the exercise of his or her powers and the performance of his or her duties and functions under the Pay Equity Act may be referred to as the “Pay Equity Unit”.
