Section 273 — Immigration and Refugee Protection Act: Terminology

Unless the context requires otherwise, “ Immigration Act ” is replaced by “ Immigration and Refugee Protection Act ” in any regulation, as defined in section 2 of the Statutory Instruments Act ; and any other instrument made in the execution of a power conferred by or under an Act of Parliament, or by or under the authority of the Governor in Council.
