Section 11 — Canada Labour Code: Full-time occupation

The full-time members of the Board must not hold any other employment or office in respect of which they receive any remuneration. A part-time Vice-Chairperson, or a member appointed pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(e), must not hold any other employment or office in respect of which they receive any remuneration and that is inconsistent with their duties under this Act.
