Section 248 — Canada Labour Code: Inquiries

The Minister may, for any of the purposes of this Part, cause an inquiry to be made into and concerning employment in any industrial establishment; and appoint one or more persons to hold the inquiry. A person appointed pursuant to subsection (1) has all of the powers of a person appointed as a commissioner under Part I of the Inquiries Act .
