Section 19 — Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act: Report of findings and recommendations

After an audit, the Commissioner shall provide the audited organization with a report that contains the findings of the audit and any recommendations that the Commissioner considers appropriate. The report may be included in a report made under section 25.
