Section 159 — Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations: Working day

For the purposes of subsections 100(1) and (3) of the Act, a working day does not include Saturdays or holidays; a day that is not a working day is not included in the calculation of the three-day period; and the three-day period begins from the day on which the claim is received.
