Section 308 — Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations: Fee — $50

Text of the provision Official document

A fee of $50 is payable for processing an application made under paragraph 53(1)(b) for a permanent resident card. A fee of $50 is payable for processing an application for the renewal of a permanent resident card or for the replacement of a lost, stolen or destroyed permanent resident card. No fee is payable for the replacement of a permanent resident card containing an error that is not attributable to the permanent resident.
