Section 311 — Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations: Certification — $30

A fee of $30 is payable for processing an application for the certification of an immigration document, other than a permanent resident card, confirming the date on which a person became a permanent resident. A fee of $30 is payable for processing an application to replace any immigration document, other than a permanent resident card, that is issued by the Department. The following persons are not required to pay the fee referred to in subsection (1): a federal, provincial or municipal government agency; a person in receipt of provincial social assistance payments; and a person in receipt of assistance under the Resettlement Assistance Program.
