Section 314 — Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations: Fee for statistical data

The following fees are payable for processing an application for immigration statistical data that have not been published by the Department: $100 for the first 10 minutes or less of access to the Department’s database in order to respond to such an application; and $30 for each additional minute or less of such access. The following persons are not required to pay the fees referred to in subsection (1): an employee of the Department; and an employee of the Data Development Division of the Department of Employment and Social Development. The fee referred to in subsection (1)(b) is payable at the time the service is rendered.
