Section 325 — Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations: Warrants

A warrant for arrest and detention made under the former Act is a warrant for arrest and detention made under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act . An order for the detention of a person made under the former Act is an order to detain made under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act .
