Section 155 — Youth Criminal Justice Act: Regulations

The Governor in Council may make regulations prescribing forms that may be used for the purposes of this Act; establishing uniform rules of court for youth justice courts across Canada, including rules regulating the practice and procedure to be followed by youth justice courts; and generally for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this Act.
