Section 30G — Landlord and Tenant Act 1985: Jurisdiction of county court

Jurisdiction of county court 30G The county court has jurisdiction to deal with any claim or other proceedings arising under or in connection with any of sections 30C to 30E (implied terms etc) notwithstanding that by reason of the amount of the claim or otherwise the case would not, apart from this section, be within the jurisdiction of the county court.
